We currently ship to US only.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS
We accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition within 7 days of purchase.

Items must be in the original packaging, with all seals intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us at pinarskincare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within a certain number of days.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
EXCHANGE

We only offer exchanges for items that are received defective or damaged.
If you receive a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email at pinarskincare@gmail.com.
PROCESSING TIME

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear on your account statement, depending on your bank’s policies. ​ SHIPPING
